How do I become a vendor? 

Complete the online registration form by April 11th 2024

We will let you know if you have been selected or put on a waiting list. At that point, we will send you an electronic invoice .

What is the price of a booth?

$30 per booth space before April 11th 2024

What size is a booth space?

Booth spaces measure approximately 10’x10’.

Are water and electricity included?

There are limited water hookups and electrical hook-ups on the Green.

What if I need to cancel my registration?

Please let us know via email that you will be unable to attend.  Please note that we are unable to offer refunds if you cancel your registration. In addition, if you do not let us know in advance that you cannot vend, you will not be accepted as a vendor in future events.

What should I bring?

On the day of the event, you will need to provide your own table, chairs, and tent. 

Any necessary special licenses or permits required to be a vendor: licenses or permits required by NY State, Board of Health and/or local municipality with regards to Business Licenses, Sales Tax Certificates and/or Vending licenses, including any additional requirements addressing COVID-19.

What are Covid-19 policies?

We will be following all New York State, local, and CDC Covid-19 recommendations in place at the time of the event.

What time is set up?

Set up begins Saturday Morning at 9AM and you should be set up no later than 9:45AM.

Do I need to stay the entire time?

Yes, you should plan to stay the entire time, 10AM-3PM. If you cannot stay the entire duration, please make prior arrangements with staff so we can cause as minimal disruption of the event as possible.

Where should I park for unloading and loading?

You can park on Ann Street at the entrance of the Safe Harbors Green for drop off; there is an apron where it is easy to wheel your things onto the Green. You would then need to move your car. There is free street parking on Liberty Street and Ann Street or in the municipal parking lot directly across the street from the Ann Street Gallery at 104 Ann Street. If you park on Broadway or Liberty street, you are responsible for metered parking at the rate of 25 cents per half-hour and any subsequent tickets.

Where can I put my trash? 

Safe Harbors Green is a trash free park, where we have implemented a carry in/carry out policy.  Please obey all trash and recycling rules and dispose of any trash by taking it with you as well as any other items you bring in.
