WELLNESS SHINES ON THE GREEN 2026 

Welcome to the 6th annual Wellness Shines on the Green event, happening alongside Spring into Newburgh weekend. Each year this event continues to grow, and we’d love for you to join us as we come together to support wellness and community in Newburgh.

Wellness Shines on the Green 2026 will take place on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We’ll be set up in historic downtown Newburgh at the Safe Harbors Green, on the corner of Broadway and Liberty Street—surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and local history, including Washington’s Headquarters and Museum.

Our goal is simple: to connect local wellness practitioners with the Newburgh community in a relaxed, welcoming environment. We’ll once again share the Green with the Newburgh Farmers’ Market and offer food, entertainment, classes for all ages, and plenty of opportunities to connect. It’s meant to be fun, educational, and family-friendly!

We’re also teaming up with other Spring into Newburgh weekend events, including the Safe Harbors of the Hudson 5K Run for the Green, Art on the Block, and Shop Downtown Newburgh, making it a lively and exciting weekend in the city.

The early-bird vendor fee is $35, which helps cover event costs. We encourage vendors to offer free consultations, samples, or interactive experiences to engage with the community, in addition to sharing information about your services. You’re welcome and encouraged to sell products as well.

If you’d like to lead a class or offer a demonstration, we’ll have space available for free group classes and gatherings. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, tent, and chairs. Please note that this is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine.

This event isn’t run by a nonprofit or corporate organization—it’s a collective effort by local wellness providers, healthcare practitioners, and small business owners who come together to promote their services while supporting one another and giving back to the Newburgh community.

VENDOR REGISTRATION HERE

To receive the early-bird rate, please submit your application by March 1st, 2026. After that, vendor registration will be $45 and remain open until April 1st, 2026*. Once your application is reviewed, we’ll send you a payment link. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.

After registering, we’ll ask for your logo, a photo, a short description of your business, and details about the services or classes you’ll be offering. We’ll provide event logos, marketing materials, and more info as the date gets closer. This year, we’re also putting together gift baskets for the Safe Harbors of the Hudson 5K winners, so let us know if you’d like to contribute something!

*Late registrations may be accepted if space allows, but late vendors won’t be included in printed promotional materials and the fee will be increased.

Can’t make it on May 9th but still want to support the event? You can become a sponsor or donate a product or gift certificate for the 5K winners’ baskets. Sponsors will receive shout-outs from the stage, promotion at the event, and recognition on our website. More details can be found HERE.
