Vendor Registration

We're excited to invite you to participate in the third annual Wellness Shines on the Green, a gathering of local businesses that provide healthcare, fitness, nutrition, and other holistic and wellness services. It’s a great way to come together and show the community of Newburgh the resources available for healthy living! This event will take place on Saturday, May 13th 2023, from 10am-3pm.

Wellness Shines on the Green  will be held in historic downtown Newburgh at the Safe Harbors Green on the corner of Broadway and Liberty Street. This area is filled with restaurants, shops, and historic sites, including Washington’s Headquarters and Museum. We will share The Green with the Newburgh Farmers’ Market, and there will be food, entertainment, classes for all ages, and raffles. We’d like this to be a fun - as well as educational - event for the whole family! The Spring into Newburgh event will be happening on the same day. This is a new Shop Small Newburgh business event that we anticipate will attract a larger audience to the area.

We’ve gotten great feedback for last year from vendors and guests! Some of our participants were: APG Pilates, Valley Spirit Acupuncture, Newburgh Yoga Shala, Hibino, Newburgh Acupuncture Project, Keep it moving, and many more mental health, nurses, massage therapists, trainers, and other wellness providers. We’d love to have you with us this year!

There will be a $30 fee to participate as a vendor. It will help to cover the costs of marketing, printing, fees, permits, and more. We hope that along with information about your services, you can also provide free consultations and/or samples throughout the day, as we would like to create as much interaction and engagement as possible. You may have items available for sale. If you would like to teach a class or offer a demonstration, there will be a location for free group classes and gatherings. 

If you can’t participate on May 13th, but would still like to support the event, you can donate a product or gift certificate for the raffle benefiting SHRED Foundation. We will promote you with announcements from our stage and by distributing your promotional materials, as well as on our website. Please email us at: wellnessshineson@gmail.com

On the day of the event, you will need to bring your own table, tent, and chairs. This is an outdoor event, and in case of heavy rain or storms, the event will happen inside, in the lobby and the green room of Safe Harbors. 

This event isn't run by a non-profit or corporate organization. It’s intended as a collective effort by us and for us, as healthcare and wellness providers and business owners, to promote ourselves as well as benefit the Newburgh community. All of the work is done by volunteers, Safe Harbors of the Hudson donated the use of the park, and the money asked for as a vendor fee is to pay for the necessary expenses.

If you are interested in participating, please fill out the application at: Wellness Shines on Newburgh on or before April 15th 2023. Registrations after April 15th may be accepted if space is available, but your name and logo will not be included on printed promotional materials and the fee will rise to $40.

In order to market the event, we will need your logo, a photo, a brief description of your business, and the services and/or classes you’ll be offering at the event. We also will be holding a raffle as a fundraiser to support SHRED Foundation. Let us know what you would like to contribute! Once you sign up, we will provide logos, marketing materials, and more information.
