ATTENTION HUDSON VALLEY MAKERS, BAKERS, GROWERS & ENTREPRENEURS:

 Little Market NBNY is a monthly indoor market looking to add to its eclectic group of vendors. This is a great low pressure opportunity to meet and market in Downtown Newburgh. 

Wellness Shines On is looking for interested vendors for our monthly market, featuring local products and services. To start, Little Market NBNY will be held each 2nd Sunday of the month from 1 to 4PM, with the possibility of expanding to more Sundays. The Little Market NBNY will be held in the newly renovated Highpoint campus, at 245 Liberty Street, in the City of Newburgh.

Call for vendors for the December Little Market NBNY Holiday Special!!!


Little Market NBNY is a wonderful opportunity right in the heart of Newburgh for local small businesses where the focus is inclusivity, diversity and affordability. We have some exciting additions coming for our Holiday Special on December 10, 2023 from 1-4PM, a lot of fun activities planned, including photos with Santa, a DJ, free hot chocolate, kids craft and more! We also have a sound bath to end the event. Being an indoor market, we have the advantage of climate control, electricity, wifi, and running water. We are inviting vendors to join this Holiday Special for: 

Early Bird Special: only $25 if registered by Sunday, November 26

General Registration: $50 if registered by Sunday, December 3

Final Call: $100 if registered after Sunday, December 3

All fees must be paid before the appropriate deadline. A table and chair is available for rental for an additional fee of $10 by cash, Venmo, or Zelle.  Please email a copy of your insurance certificate (please see requirements below) to WellnessShinesOn@gmail.com. Insurance is mandatory for food vendors.

Once we have received payment and completed registration form, we can begin promoting your small business as a vendor on Instagram and Facebook. While we hope you are able to join us, if you must cancel, we require 24 hour notice. We are able to apply your registration payment to a future event, or you may offer your spot to a colleague. We are unable to issue refunds.

Insurance Requirements: 

Please add the following names as Certificate Holder AND additional insureds to your General Liability and/or Professional Liability coverage, with a limit in the amount of $1,000,000(minimum):

With regards to vendor sales, Wellness Shines On and Lync Community take no responsibility for any necessary special Business Licenses, Sales Tax Certificates and/or Vending Licenses, as required by NY State, Board of Health and/or local municipalities. These are your responsibility and you should have them on hand.
